Orders & Returns
The refund will occur in case of Order cancellation, unavailability of product or damaged/defective products.
In case of damaged and/or defective product, we need to be notified of it with proof within six (6) hours of delivery. Following investigation, you will be duly notified if you are eligible for a refund.
In case an expired item has been delivered in your order, please notify us immediately so that we can refund or replace the item and also inform the vendor from whom it was purchased accordingly.
