- The refund will occur in case of Order cancellation, unavailability of product or damaged/defective products.
- In case of damaged and/or defective product, we need to be notified of it with proof within six (6) hours of delivery. Following investigation, you will be duly notified if you are eligible for a refund.
- Please reach out to our Customer Service Department via email at email@example.com or (905) 795-9544 to register your claim for refund.
- All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
NO RETURNS are being accepted on any food, health or beauty products due to Ontario Health and Safety guidelines with regards to COVID-19 pandemic.
