Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Earn & Burn Rule

Customers earn points through activities assigned by a brand and burn or redeem the accumulated points in exchange for discounts, rewards or incentives.

  1. How do I earn Loyalty Points?

    On every signup customer will be rewarded with 0pts.

    Customers will get loyalty points on every purchase.

    a. For every $10 spent, customers will be rewarded 1pt. For an instance on the spend of $50 the customer will be rewarded by 5pts.

  2. Loyalty points value and terms of use
    1. Customers can redeem the loyalty points on checkout while purchasing.
      1. 1 point worth $0.05
      2. 10 points worth $0.5
      3. 100 points worth $5
    2. Maximum discount on any order is 100pts worth $5.
    3. To avail the loyalty points discount the customer must have a minimum 100pts. in the wallet.
    4. Customer cannot proceed without the minimum limit of cart
    5. There is no limit to the amount of loyalty points you acquire
    6. Points will be rewarded on subtotal minus all discounts
    7. Refund and cancellation
      1. On order cancellation the amount of points awarded shall be removed from the customer's wallet.
      2. If the customer has redeemed loyalty points in any order after canceling the points will be reversed back to the customer.
    8. Policy:
      1. Loyalty points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
      2. Loyalty Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other Coupon Code.
      3. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
      4. We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at https://tezmart.ca/ or social platforms.
      5. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://tezmart.ca/ Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
      6. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in Canada and are governed by the appropriate laws.
      7. The loyalty points accrued in the dedicated account by any person, company or organization are the sole responsibility of that person, company or organization.
